Short
version: Choose bank, player or tie to bet on, enter an amount
in the bet field and press deal. If you bet on the bank and
win, you get even money and pay a 5% commission. If you bet
on the player and win, you win even money. If you bet on a
tie and win, you get paid 11/2.
